Sampling at 400 mph can be a real challenge. Our ISO, CVI and UAV inlets make the job easier by automatically adjusting for operating conditions and providing representative samples. Ground-based measurements of aerosol properties are very useful but more routine aircraft and other airborne platform measurements aloft are needed to validate climate models. Without validated climate models the uncertainties in our predictions of future climate change will remain high.
