Description
An easy-to-install isokinetic inlet system for medium-sized and large UAVâs that automatically adjusts the main inlet flow for changes in platform speed. Sampling particles from moving platforms can be tough â especially larger coarse-mode aerosol that are easily lost inside inlets due to turbulent deposition. The UAV Inlet System has been designed using our wind tunnel facility to minimize particle losses in sampling applications where compact size and performance are required. A built-in water trap system prevents water from entering the instrument sample lines. Multiple instrument sample flow pick-offs are possible using flow splitters to adapt to your sampling needs. Easy-to-use particle sample flow dryers are also available. Brechtel has decades of aircraft sampling and isokinetic inlet development expertise to help with your application.
