As the office manager at Brechtel since 2009, Gloria is responsible for all of our cost-accounting and internal audit needs. She handles all front-office activities, and is the first voice at Brechtel you will likely hear. Gloria also provides support in product sales and marketing by developing product literature, coordinating trade show visits and maintaining our contact management data base. She plays an important role in negotiating contracts with customers and making sure that their concerns are answered promptly. Gloria is highly motivated to ensure that we respond quickly and efficiently to our customers’ needs. She is responsible for processing customer purchase orders into our sales module, as well as interacting with work groups to ensure timely scheduling and order fulfillment.
