BMI, together with HSD Engineering Inc., manufactures complete vacuum brazing/material processing furnaces. Features include:
• Cyro or diffusion pumping options available
• Built-in controllers for completely automated operation
• Reliable operation at pressures between 10^-8 – 10^9 torr
• Reliable at temperatures between ambient and 1300 degrees C
• Cylindrical hot-zone dimensions of 8" diameter x 12"long
• Hot-zone geometries can be optimized for specific needs
• Compact design can pass through a standard-sized door
leak valves
We manufacture bakeable variable leak valves for a variety of ultra-high and high-vacuum applications. Key features of leak valves include:
• Controlled minimum leak rate,10^-10 torr liter/second flow rate
• Bakeable to 450 degrees C in open and closed and positions
• Sapphire sealing disk
• Available with 2.75" conflat or mini-flange mounting options
