BMI manufactures bakeable variable Leak Valves for a variety of ultra-high and high-vacuum
applications.
Key features of the leak valve include:
- Controlled minimum leak rate with 10^-10 Torr liter/sec flow rate
- Bakeable to 450 degrees C in both open and closed positions
- Saphire sealing disk
- Available with either 2.75" conflat or mini-flange mounting options
