BMI has developed an airflow humidification system to simultaneously control the flow rates and humidities of two airflows. Water-saturated and dried air flows are precisely controlled to maintain the desired RH. The system can be purchased as a separate item for any application requiring humidified airflows, for example, air flows to a DMA, an APS, a customer OPC, or some other aerosol sampling device.

• Air flow rates: 0.06-0.5 lpm aerosol, 1-6 lpm sheath
• Humidity Range: <10% RH to 93% RH
• Humidity Measurement Accuracy: +/-1% RH (RH<90%); +/-1.5% (RH>90%)
• Humidity Measurement Precision: +/-0.5% RH (RH<90%); +/-0.85% (RH>90%)
• Humidity Control: within 1% RH of setpoint
